When you log into the forums, you scroll down to were it says Territory Wars.
There is a Territory Wars Registration Thread, that you can post.
Every time that we are planning on having a Territory Wars, i will create a new thread, and ask people to sign up for the Tw than. I hope everybody in Tragedy is doing a great job at maintaing a peaceful atmosphere inside the faction.
